This is a lot of new "remove before flight' streamers [see photos]. One streamer has a grommet and is 24 1/2 inches long. It is red and made out of rubberized material and made by LAM-Tex Composites #NAS1089-24.
The other two are day-glo orange without the rubberizing but they do have grommets. They have the same part number, too.
Good visual clues for removing parts before flying.
